Application to Start/Stop Existing Water Service

We may require additional information than what is on the application.  Please return the completed application to initiate or discontinue service. You may email the completed application to info@cpud.org.

Account Establishment Fee: $35.00
Water Turn On Fee - If water is locked: $35.00
Fees must be paid in full before the account is put in the customer's name. 

CPUD will only bill property owners and will NOT change accounts into renter's name.
